These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of vintagebmxbikes.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by TC Delivery LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as Vintage BMX Bikes (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are.

2. What we sell

We sell vintage and used BMX bikes, framesets, components, and accessories. Each listing describes a specific item we have physically inspected. All items are sold as-is in the condition described in the listing. Where a listing states “new” or “new old stock,” the item has not been used but may still show age-related storage wear, which will be noted.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refund any order affected by a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we charge your payment method and dispatch the item.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Chime, and Interac e-Transfer. Payment is processed by established third-party providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

5. Shipping, returns, and delivery

Shipping, returns, and damage claims are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual property

Site content — including photographs, written descriptions, logos, and layout — is owned by TC Delivery LLC or used with permission. Manufacturer and model names (Redline, Mongoose, GT, Torker, Dyno, Subrosa, Haro, Hutch, Bullseye, MKS, Whitefield, and others) are used only to identify the products offered and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. User content

If you submit a review or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with the Site. You confirm you own the content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Site to break the law, impersonate another person, scrape or republish our content, or interfere with Site operation or security.

9. Disclaimer

Vintage items are sold as-is. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and both parties consent to that venue.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
