Thank you for shipping with Vintage BMX Bikes. This policy explains how we process, pack, and ship your order.

Where we ship

We ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are quoted case-by-case — email us before you order.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Bikes are inspected one more time before packing to confirm the condition matches the listing.

Transit times

Complete bikes and framesets typically arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Parts and small accessories typically arrive within 3–6 business days. These are estimates — carriers can vary during peak periods.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included on all complete bikes shipped within the contiguous United States. Parts and accessories are quoted at checkout based on destination. Canadian orders are quoted at checkout; the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees collected by the carrier on delivery.

Carriers and tracking

We ship with FedEx and UPS. A tracking number is emailed as soon as a label is created.

Packaging

Complete bikes are partially disassembled (bars, pedals, front wheel) and packed in a double-walled bike box with internal frame protection. Rare and high-value bikes are shipped with additional foam and corner reinforcement.

On delivery

Please inspect the box before signing. If there is visible damage, photograph it and refuse the shipment, then email us within 24 hours. If damage is only discovered after opening, email photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim on your behalf.

Lost shipments

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days or a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will file a claim and either send a replacement item of equivalent value where one is available, or issue a full refund.

Order cutoff

Orders received before 5:00 PM ET on a business day are entered into processing the same day. Orders received later enter processing on the next business day.

Local pickup

Local pickup from our Brooklyn, NY address is available by appointment. Email us before you order to arrange a time.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Chime, and Interac e-Transfer.
