At Vintage BMX Bikes we want every buyer to be happy with their order. If something is not right, these are the terms for returning or exchanging it.

Return window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be returned in the condition they arrived in, with all original parts.

How to start a return

Email info@vintagebmxbikes.com with your order number and a short description of the reason. We will reply with return instructions and the correct shipping address within one business day.

Who pays return shipping

  • Change of mind or wrong size: the customer pays return shipping.
  • Our error, item not as described, or shipping damage: we pay return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable except where the return is caused by our error.

Non-returnable items

Custom-built bikes, items marked “final sale” in the listing, and used personal items (grips, pads, saddles) once ridden are not returnable.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the box before opening. If damage is visible, refuse the shipment and email us within 24 hours. If damage is only visible after opening, email photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
